In the Open category: Congratulations to "miniokie" with the most votes for "Christmas Ornament". Since miniokie had already won a gift certificate in the Do-It-Yourself category, our rules state that the gift certificate will go to the entry with the next highest vote. That entry is "rachelkarpf" with "Japanese Restaurant".

Question on DIY, the photos of how to have to show how it is made?

Joanne - thanks for the question.

You're free to show a photo of any stage of construction. However, my recommendation would be to show the completed item. You could add some text in the photo description to tell what materials were used or how it was made.

Jim

PS - I moved your post to the contest announcement thread to make it easier for other people to find.

miniokie,

Click on "Member Galleries" and you'll see your own gallery listed there. Open your gallery and you'll see you albums as well as the photos you just uploaded to the contest.

Whenever you upload a photo to any of the categories on the website (like the Contest categories), they'll automatically show up in your Member Gallery. It may take a few minutes for the software to catch up with everything, but they should be there.
